The six family hubs are Oakenclough in Wilmslow, Crewe Lifestyle Centre Family Hub, Crewe’s Oak Tree Family Hub and Monks Coppenhall SEND Centre of Excellence, Congleton Family Hub and Ash Grove Family Hub in Macclesfield.
