Cheshire East Council is inviting comments on a supplementary planning document (“SPD”) that would provide further guidance to developers and property owners and support the authority in deciding planning applications.
The draft Developer Contributions SPD has been published for consultation. If adopted, it will provide additional guidance on the provision of and/or contributions towards infrastructure, facilities and services for the plan area, set out the circumstances where infrastructure provision, including financial contributions, will be sought through planning obligations.
