Some of you maybe aware that the RAF bench outside of the Medical Centre has been missing for a while. The bench was in an extremely poor condition, the timbers being rotten. We have therefore replaced the timbers and painted the steel work. Its our intention to refurbish more benches throughout the town so that people have a place to relax and meet friends.
The whole area outside the Medical Centre is currently undergoing a revamp, including the installation of new seating. When these are installed we will be relocating this RAF bench (to be agreed with RAF cadets).
