At West Midlands Trains we have always valued open and honest dialogue with our stakeholders. Listening to our passengers, their elected representatives, officials, and interest groups helps us build a better railway for everyone.
Now more than ever, we want to hear from you. The events of the last 18 months are continuing to have a major impact on how we run West Midlands Trains and are shaping the future landscape of the entire rail industry.
Throughout the pandemic we have adapted and stepped up our stakeholder engagement with one aim in mind – to give you the best, most timely information we can, to inform a constructive dialogue in uncertain times.
Now it is your opportunity to tell us how we have been meeting that aim – as well as telling us what you think about how we have been running the business over the last year. Our annual research survey is being launched and we need you, now more than ever, to share your views in this important study. This will help us to improve and develop in this changed world.
We have once again commissioned an independent research organisation, Jungle Green Ltd, to conduct our annual online stakeholder research survey. We need you to complete a short questionnaire about what, in your opinion, we are doing well and where we can improve, in the way we work with our stakeholders.
Your feedback will help shape how we develop our stakeholder relationships in the future, as we continually seek to improve our service in every respect, and to understand in the light of Covid-19 how we can re-engage people to travel by rail.
