πŸŽ‰ Honorary Freewoman of Alsager Town πŸŽ‰

Alsager Town Council was delighted to confer the title of Honorary Freewoman of the Town upon Hilary Baxter in recognition of her exceptional service to the community and her lifelong commitment to animal welfare.

For more than four decades, Hilary has been the driving force behind Alsager Animals in Need, helping thousands of vulnerable, abandoned, and neglected animals find safety, care and loving homes. Her dedication, compassion and tireless voluntary service have made a lasting difference to countless animals and families across Alsager and beyond.

The award was presented by the Mayor of Alsager, and the Council was pleased to be joined by Sarah Russell MP and Councillor Judy Snowball, Mayor of Cheshire East, for this special occasion.

This honour is a fitting tribute to Hilary’s remarkable contribution to our town and recognises a legacy of service that has inspired generations of volunteers and supporters.

Congratulations, Hilary, and thank you for everything you have done for our community. πŸ‘πŸΎ
